RE: BPCS 6.1 migration

Haven't done a 4.05CD to 6.1, but DID do a S/36 to 6.1.  It's do-able -
education and implementation assistance is the key.

This is not a simple migration.  The whole of financials has to be
re-implemented in CEA.  Depending on how you want to implement the 6.1
financials this could be a 3 - 9 month project.
