WE ARE ON 6.02. WE "TURNED OFF" AUTHORIZATION IN PURCHASING SYSTEMS
PARAMETERS. I RECOMMEND YOU DO THE SAME, BECAUSE THE AUTHORIZATION ROUTING
IS A BEAR!!!!

ALSO, IN YOUR PURCHASE ORDER HEADER (PUR500), MAKE SURE YOUR PRINT FLAG IS
SET TO REPRINT. DO AN F1 HELP TO SEE YOUR CHOICES.

Hello Anthony,

You need to define purchase authorisation limits for each buyer who is
likely to create POs. You have to do this even if you do not intend to use
purchase authorisation as part of business process, another BPCS
featutre!!!. So to overcome the problem just set a very high limit for each
buyer and the try printing POs again, it should solve the problem.

Regards

Parry

        Hi,

We are currently testing BPCS Ver 6.1. We cannot get the purchase
orders
printed. I looked at pur520c and found that PUR520B2 being called. I
looked
at Pur520b2 and could not find any print functions or a call to
pur520B
which is the purchase order print program. May be I'm missing
something very
obvious. Before I call SSA I thought I will post the question. Has
any one
        encountered this problem.?

        Thanks

        Ap
