Depends upon within which context SSA told you that SMG's (Satanic Message 
Gateways) were good.  They wouldn't replace functions for which we were using 
CIMPath under V5 and early V6.  Don't know about ILM, but OLM has failed 
several places I've worked for several reasons -- the main reason being that, 
unlike carriers, SSA doesn't provide baseline data for things like zones, 
routes, carriers, etc.
