Dick,

I have seen cases where allocation handling inside the process that creates
the credit order (copy RMA) has problems. I've had cases where ILI is
updated correctly with a negative issue qty of 1 (for returning 1) after the
order is invoiced, but IIM and IWI are updated with a negative issue qty of
2 (instant need to re-org). The interesting thing is this: ILI and ILN
allocations updated with -2 (in line with the bad IWI update). When I asked
the user if everything went fine during the RMA, I usually get a "yes" but
the allocation "didn't take" the first time and they had to create the
allocation for the return twice (type 1, class 7 order). A clue, but not a
solution.
