RE: Inventory Record Inaccuracies

        No ITH record exists since last month. The issue quantity has rolled
into the Item Master as a MTD Issue.

        What we have learned is that the item was to be returned and
re-invoiced to another customer. I'm guessing that the RMA processed
partially for some reason, and am pursuing that angle.
