No ITH record exists since last month. The issue quantity has rolled
into the Item Master as a MTD Issue.

What we have learned is that the item was to be returned and
re-invoiced to another customer. I'm guessing that the RMA processed
partially for some reason, and am pursuing that angle.

                Dick,

No ITH record [active or otherwise] available? Has the
perpetual rolled-up to IIM?

Sometime between 8AM Wednesday and 8AM Friday, the
IWI record for
one of our prime products miraculously acquired an Issue
quantity of
negative one, so the on hand quantity went from zero to one.
NO inventory
transactions took place. ILI records show nothing on hand.

This is not the first time that prime product
records have had this
                happen.

Anyone have a clue how this happens?
