IBM Geneva just said me that this PTF is in 'PE' status in their data
base that is to say 'Program in error'. It is no more distribute.

At this time they don't know when il will be replaced by a new one.
IBM Geneva don't know which problem was generate by this PTF.

When I will know a little more I will inform you...if you want !
