I have heard of the Kronos barcoding software but we use DCSI software and
interfaced it to BPCS4.05. DCSI does have a BPCS template for all inventory
and labor transactions. The software that drives the barcoding system is on
the PC platform.

We are in the process of evaluating the most current level of this software
as we have a requirement to do inventory with barcoding and we would like to
update real time. In the past, we tried to make this happen with the old
CIMPATH software but it is way too batch for inventory movement.

So, we are exploring writing our own real-time interface and are evaluating
the use of a data queue to support it.

Your post reminded me that there are probably a lot of others that have done
this....Any thoughts ??
