I have been working with this client on their ORD570 lock up problems, just
advise them to contact the SCM Helpline
because there are a couple other files for ORD550 that they can look at for
locking problems.

What release are you on? Pick Release runs off different client architecture
depending if you are 6.1.00 (thin client order entry) or lower releases (fat
client COM). Also what do you mean when you say 'lock up'? Take a look at
BMR 43360 and see if this applies to what you are experiencing, if you are
on release 6.1.00. If you are not at 6.1.00, then it definitely is not the
same problem, and it would be good to get more description of the actual
problem.
