We had this same problem happening in 6.02 but we were faced with a
situation of needing to have multiple employees run cost rolls.

Our solution to this was to have all employees that needed to run a cost
roll using the same single threaded job que. This way the jobs back up one
behind the other and only one roll is allowed to occur at a time.

In my company, cost rolls are done by our formulations group employees on
single items as they are added to the system. It isn't uncommon for two
employees to be attempting to run at the same time however our single
threaded que prevents this from happening.

we get duplicate CMF records in version 6.04. the cause of it seems to be
related to having multiple cost roll-ups running at the same time. in our
case this was a result of having multiple configurations running
simultaneously. from our experience, you do no want multiple cost
generations running at the same time!

We are running BPCS Ver 6.02.

I am occassionally getting duplicate records in CMF file. This results in
Cost
Rollup getting
into loop. Has anyone else experienced this? Any idea why it happens?

Thanks in advance.
