Per a previous response to other problems with CMF, the difference between the
total of cost buckets vs cost bucket 0 could be low level code problems on the
B/M.  There have been BMRs in v6.04 and v6.1 to address these problems.  Without
the BMR corrections, run BOM low level code re-set prior to CST600.

Copying costs from one cost set to another is an interesting workaround.
Whenever you copy costs from one set to another, I recommend using CST920 to
clear the "target" cost set prior to doing the copy.  I am not aware of any
"gotchas" using CST920 clear function vs going outside of BPCS with SQL.
