I installed CDM at two of my clients.  It is not complicated at all and for
their purposes it worked perfectly.

However, as with everything else depends on the quantity of transactions you
must track for collections, what you expect from the system and what you
actually do with it.

If you need more specific information you can contact me of line and I will
be happy to fill you in.
