I have now learned from SSA Help Line that BPCS 405 CD has no program 
supplied to purge completed customer orders ... they remain in existance 
forever until someone deletes them one way or another.  V6 was enhanced to 
provide this capability, but we who want to remain on V4 will need to write 
our own modification to make ancient completed orders go away.

The resupply order problem appears to be one of our own making that I am 
working on resolving.
