BPCS 6.0.04, Full Client, April cum

A similar thing just happened here last week. We have a few customers that
the Ship To name is different than the customer name. The Ship To address on
the order is correct except for the name reverts back to the customer name.
In one instance, I made the Ship To (1) the default on the customer master.
The next order entered was correct. I thought the problem was fixed. Another
order was entered for that Customer/Ship To and Ship To name reverted back
to customer name. There is no pattern that I can see.

I opened an incident with SSA Helpline and was told there weren't any BMR's
for this problem. Not that I could apply a BMR at this point, but it would
be nice to know if this problem has been fixed or not.

I vaguely remember this problem from a few months ago. We're also on 6.0.04
July cum. I think SSA had a bmr to fix this, but I can't remember the
number.

Hi All,

I have an interesting problem that I have been trying to solve for about a
couple of months now. We are on BPCS V6.0.04 July Cum + a few needed bmr's
installed. Every once in a while, during order entry via ORD700, after
hitting enter on the shipping screen, our ship-to addresses are being
overwritten reverting back to the customer master sold-to address. I have
tried tracking it and am unable to do so. There is simply no pattern at all
to it. I can use the same customer on one order and it reverts but then
enter another order for the same customer/ship to combination and it works
just fine.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any input would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Jeff
