Re: BPCS ver 6 Financials information

The main GL files which will correspond to CEA journal entries are GHH and
GLH. GSB is used to hold totals by internal account number, but this can be
rebuilt from GHH/GLH.

The account numbers are generated when a new account (created by setting the
setting up of a new macro resolved to an account string) records is posted.
Various subsystems post to CEA ACP,BIL,ACR utlilising the CEA500 subsystem
post program called for each event set up.

As mentioned earlier, the setup and posting to CEA isn't something that
comes about overnight and even if I could explain each step - it would be an
email you would wait a while for to download.
