Yes.  In fact, your colleagues at Novartis Pharma in Canada are already
using ARCTOOLS in their BPCS environment.

ARCTOOLS can help you archive the data you refer to, and when it comes time
to reload it for some purpose, there are tools to help you locate the data
(i.e. remember where on disk you put it and/or what tape or CD it's on).  We
can also help you review the options for accessing the archived data.
