Your question is an indication to me that you need more help with BPCS v6 
than you will be able to get via the BPCS-L format.  I would suggest looking 
into BPCS product education (SSA or otherwise) or on-site assistance from a 
BPCS professional(s) (and BPCS-L is full of them).  What you are asking for 
is not difficult, but is probably outside the scope of a mailing list 
(there's just too much ground that would need to be covered to give informed 
answers to your question).  Just trying to help you get the assistance you 
need!
