The following is help text from the WRKQRY command.
Looks like it is possible provided that you use fields of type DATE.
You will need to manipulate the DD/MM/YY format to a valid date.
I have never done this but always intended to try it out , I would be
interestered in knowing
how it works out.

           Syntax for:     DAYS(expression)
           Example of:     DAYS(CURDATE) - DAYS(HIREDATE)
      The DAYS function returns a numeric representation
      of a date. The expression must evaluate to a date,
      a timestamp, or a valid string representation of
      a date.
