With all due respect, SSA announced back in August of 1999 that USERVision
(or, as we affectionately call it here, LOSERVision) support for versions
1.3.4 and prior will be dropped at the end of next month (see "USERVision
Sunset Announcement" under "Product News"/"Solutions Management News" on OGS
online). As far as I can tell from a scan of the OGS site, 1.3.4 is the
latest release, so there will _be_ no more fixes unless you can apply some
_very_ heavy pressure _very_ soon. IMO, the product never worked right to
begin with, was yet another foolhardy attempt by former SSA management to
delve into a PC arena with which they had no expertise rather than joining
with an experienced partner, and I'm really surprised that you're actually
trying to make use of it.

Good Luck!
