my problem is 'exactly' as you've described. Sometimes the operator
performs a lot allocation in Order Entry, and then in the warehouse, some
other deduct the quantity from the same lot / location, and INV500 allows
it without a WARNING message.

Are you suggesting to solve the problem by modifying the program ?

I couldn't believe that there is no natural way in BPCS that allow me
control this Lot Allocation. Don't you know if something in transaction
setting could make BPCS works in another way?  I really don't want to
modify the source program.
