ILI last date is used since IIM doesn't account for location and whse.  I've 
worked with a couple clients that set the frequency higher than really 
desired to allow for user-selected counting like you allude to.  Last cycle 
count date should be updated when you post or clear the counts but it's been 
a while since I've looked at this.  If the date is updated by selection, the 
assumption must be that the counts will be posted same day?  If I get a 
chance to test this, I'll report my results.
