They should have variations, but IIM should always be the most recent.
ILI is item-warehouse-location inventory while IIM is item master.

If you have the same item in multiple warehouse-locations not all cycle 
counted at the same time, like we have warehouses in different cities cycle 
counted independently, the last date in ILI should be the last date of cycle 
count for THAT location, while the date in IIM should be the last date at ANY 
location.
