Re: Frequency to run MRP600

Sounds familiar.  We did the same thing.....for a little 
while......Purchasing just taking MRP's word for it on Purchase 
Consolidation........until.......we had so much inventory buildup that we 
were running out of space !!   Then it was realized that there was a heck of 
a lot of activity going on that was either recorded improperly or not 
recorded at all.

Now, we run it three times a week.  Am not sure that they look at every 
report but they have it on hard copy JIC (just in case!)...Our inventory 
levels are at least manageable after lots of turnover.....
