I think the problem is too many fields in the progam.  PUR500D3 has a lot of
fields included that are never used and to compound this AS/Set duplicates
them.  You need to try and clean out some of the fields created by AS/Set
that are not really used.  I would start with any files that are not updated
by the program and then work inwards.

It's a lot easier to do this if you work in AS/Set rather than RPG so good
luck.
