On your Client, one of the menu items is OLE, choose the option to copy the 
reports or inquiries directly to MS Excel or any other OLE compatibles.  But 
you should be a GUI user to do this.

Currently I am not working on BPCS to give you the exact menu path.  I have 
used it and it works.
