It might be good to define what you mean by "Locking-up" as this can have 
many interpretations. 

Does it fit BMR43360, where no keys on the PC work, and CTL ALT DEL does 
nothing, and you must hard re-boot to recover? 

Or is it more of a performance problem, where left alone it will complete 
eventually?

Or is Order Entry frozen, whilst you can use any other PC applications or 
even other BPCS applications?

Do any messages appear to the user? Has anyone looked at the server job to 
see if it is in MSGW, or looping or some other bad status?
