If someone is still posting a batch of transactions within AP or AR, these
transactions will remain as locked until the batches have been completed. If
someone's machine locks up in the middle of a batch, these records will reflect
a locked status.

We are running V6.04 and are currently experiencing a problem with records
being locked in the GHH file thereby preventing them from being posted to
CEA.  This appears to be random with some records from ACR & ACP being the
main culprit areas, and this is a new problem which has only been happening
for the past 2 weeks.  We are manually unflagging the records but I want to
know what would cause them to lock in the first place and how to prevent
this.  Can anyone help?
