We are V6002 MM plf Nov 97 cume OS/400 V4R1

We have seen infrequent order disappearances also. < 10 orders per
100,000. Latest one seems to have resulted from order number in ECH
being changed to a different number than the originally assigned
number by Accepting a Change Order transaction. Subsequent ECH/ECL
file clean-up programs (ORD990?) delete the orphaned ECH and ECL
records, removing all traces of the original order.

We reported this to SSA HelpLine on 10/26 and it was assigned incident
no. 101682392. As yet we have not heard from SSA in response.
