The following information may assist in solving your problem:

1. When you say the records are not recorded in ECH & ECL, what tool did you
use to determine that?  The Order Inquiry or a tool such as Query or SQL?

2. What was the Order Type and Order Class combination of the orders in
question?

3. Is your library list pointing where you think it's pointing?

These answers will provide a better starting point in the resolution of your
problem(s).
