AS400 Mixmode version 6.02

I have a remote site with about 2-4 users who has been given temporary
access to our AS400 BPCS system via the Internet.
They use their ISP to establish a web connection then link to our AS400
with a Telnet session.

After 2 minutes of inactivity they are dropping off the AS400 session. Is
there some value in the Telnet session that has an inactivity parameter
that needs increasing. This only happens to this one location but they are
the only one connecting via the Internet. Other remote locations who have
a frame relay, or T1 connection isn't experiencing any problems so I don't
think this is a result of an AS400 system value but something unique to the
Telnet session.

Any suggestions
