Between this response and Roger Wolf's response we have been told how to
give them access to the menu. However is this the only way to accomplish
this. If you look at the original message the writer assumed that if he
copied a users profile, all the menu options would have been created
automatically. If performing a copy doesn't save any time, is there a
better way?

Thanks.

>From any BPCS menu, hold the shift key and press F1, you will see the
following.

   SYS50007 Special Functions

Select a function and press Enter

      1. Display/Change WS Data
      2. Display Output Queue
      3. Display User Output
      4. Send Messages
      5. Display Messages
      6. Display Job Log
      7. Display Submitted Jobs
      8. Display Remembered Keys
      9. Menu Maintenance (SYS147)
     10. Menu Print (SYS148)

   F1=Help  F3=Exit  F12=Cancel
From here select option #9 and enter an 11 beside the menu in
question
to review the authorization. If the user has a 0 under Display, try
changing
it to 1. You may then have goto menu SYS option #27 and review the authority
there. Hope this helps.
