Title: RE: User transactions tracking in BPCS v4

Zahouani,

We created an order tracking file.

To see who did what to the order, what workstation and the date and time it was done via an online inquiry.

We can see who entered it.
Who maintained.
When Inventory was allocated to it
When the pickslip printed.
When the order was confirmed.
When It was Invoiced.
If the Order went on credit hold.

We modified the programs that do those transaction to call a program that writes to an order tracking file.

Was only modification to a few programs to do this.  It did eliminate a few problems we had.

Roger
