MS4 Litigation - The Facts!!

As you may be aware, Millennium Solutions 400

’s product, MS4, has been
accused of infringing two U.S. Patents
owned by Turn Of The Century Solutions (TOCS).  An action is underway in
the U.S. District Court for the District
of N.J. in which TOCS asserts that MS4 infringes TOC’s US Patent numbers
5,600,836 and 5,835,909.
In that action, Millennium Solutions counterclaims, among other things,
that these patents are not infringed by MS4
and/or are invalid.

and intends to defend itself and its
customers vigorously.  It has come to our attention that TOCS, or business
affiliates of TOCS, have been
contacting Millennium Solutions’ customers, and posting emails on Y2K
mailing lists and the BPCS Bulletin Board
in an attempt to intimidate and gain competitive advantage. In the event
