If it's V6.0.04 MM on an AS/400 V4R2 or above, it could be 'the SQL problem'. Check for the following PTF's (V4R3):

We are experiencing a 3 hour run for 275 BBH's anyone else having this
problem. We also noticed that when bil is run the logicals are not used
when the SQL is performed.
