     Actually our problem was that users were using multiple outqs, not 
     just BPCSOUTQ.  This gave the users visibility that things were going 
     to be gone days before they actually were gone.

We use the create date of the spool file to purge anything over 4 days and 
not in a save Que.
We leave everything in BPCSOUTQ.
