**ADMIN** -- Are Your Messages Getting Through?

Folks,

We have a problem that has become so rampant on BPCS-L that I'm not even 
bothering to respond to it anymore unless you write me directly -- even then, 
_I_ cannot fix it.  The problem is that your inbound address doesn't match 
your outbound address, usually manifested by inbound names separated by 
periods but outbound names seperated by underscores.  The latter allows you 
to receive messages from the list, but sent messages get "Bounced" as a 
non-member submission as if you were trying to "spam" us.  If you respond to 
a question and don't receive your own response from BPCS-L, you have this 
problem.  This issue seems most prevalent among cc:Mail and Notes users, 
although others have had it as well.  Please talk to your Postmaster, 
Webmaster, or whatever you call them at your site and have this problem 
corrected...
