  • Subject: BPCS 6.0.4 GUI - order entry locks on an order during maintenance

Experiencing problems with an order during maintenance in GUI. Here's a
strange one that I'm trying to track down.

The user is trying to maintain an order in GUI. When he selects "accept" or
"validate", his device seems to get stuck in its tracks. Using CTL/ALT/DLT
we can see that his session is "not responding". So far, we have just had
to end the task and then cancel his GUI session. The order is simply not
maintainable in GUI at this time.

Does anyone have a clue what would cause an order to do this? When I
display the log it tells me that the "result of Select Into or subquery more
than 1 row. Error type 1". As you know, we cannot change or view the GUI
programs. This is not a new order and we haven't changed the GUI programs.

Thanks for any suggestions..

Teri
