Sorry, about the confusing the entire site is not being discontinued.
But if you go to Forums and then Select User Groups. you get the message:
 

PLEASE NOTE: THIS FORUM WILL BE DISCONTINUED AS OF 2/22/99, DUE TO LACK OF
USER INTEREST. 

This forum is for posting user group meeting announcements. Messages
containing product, service, or employment ads will be deleted.
