There are several depending on what you want to do.  I have included some info 
from an announcement I received via IBM isource.  Unfortunately, I only have 
one vendor, but it's a start.  At this URL you can find information about splf 
distribution capable tools.  Also, this subject has been addressed before, and 
I remember users talking about a tool called SPLTOOL.  Go to YAHOO.COM and 
search for SPLTOOL.  I don't remember the URL but it's something with a 
prairie_lake in it.
