I have heard from the PC Helpline at SSA that this is a problem several other
clients have experienced, and that 6.002 BPCS was not tested with the latest
ODBC drivers as they came out (the latest Client Access replaced your older
ODBC driver with a newer one, and that was not the ODBC driver used when 6.002
was being developed). You would think Microsoft would manage to make software
that was upwardly compatible, but it seems much more iffy than what IBM does
with OS/400 software. The SSA Helpline can send you the old driver to re-
install on your PC by e-mail. The older driver does appear to work OK with
everything from what I heard.
