We had several of these problems under 6.0.02, although it appears that most
were corrected on the March CUM for said release.  Have you monitored the
joblog and checked the program stack of the job to see what's going on?  The
CIC file (if the entire scope of the program can be attributed to its name)
shouldn't take any longer to convert than IIM.  Sounds like more bad SQL...
