Benny,

There are 2 places in AS/SET where you specify the access method of the file. 

1. Define/Recreate DDS - When you create a new file - physical or logical 
2. Define Data Models - When you specify  file relationships (links)

Based on the access path information AS/SET generates different set of code -
Change the access path to unique and then re-gen the as/set definition.
