Roger departure

This is really not unexpected.  Roger only came back because he thought Ford
was hopeless.

Stuek is a much stronger player and quite capable of dealing with IBM, CA
and the Board.  (and us customers)

One does wonder why the *sudden* departure though ...  Stuek was not set to
take over until October.
